Payment Timing and Method

<Monthly Membership>
A one-month plan running from your sign-up date until the day before the corresponding date of the following month.
The full month's membership fee is charged on your sign-up date. Unless you cancel by the designated method before the end of the current period, the plan will automatically renew each month, and payment for the following month will be processed automatically. This will continue in the same manner thereafter.

<Annual Membership>
A one-year plan running from your sign-up date until the day before the corresponding date of the following year.
The full year's membership fee is charged on your sign-up date. Unless you cancel by the designated method before the end of the current period, the plan will automatically renew each year, and payment for the following year will be processed automatically. This will continue in the same manner thereafter.

We currently accept payment by credit card and debit/prepaid card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/JCB).
We do not currently accept other payment methods, such as carrier billing or non-credit-card payments. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that whether debit/prepaid cards can be used for recurring payments depends on the specifications of the card issuer. Please contact your card issuer for details.

Timing of Service Provision
Service access begins once your membership registration and initial payment have been confirmed (this process may take up to approximately 5 business days).
 

Special Provisions Regarding Cancellation
Due to the nature of this product, cancellations for reasons of member convenience cannot be accepted.
